ClearView Research partnered with The Health Foundation to explore the challenges individuals with health conditions face in the workplace.
We used participatory research methods including; digital ethnography, peer-led research, and community workshops, centring lived experiences to highlight key barriers.
Key Findings:
Systemic Barriers: Structural obstacles make it difficult for individuals to balance work and health.
Stigma & Discrimination: Many face workplace stigma, leading to exclusion and limited support.
Need for Change: While some employers provide support, workplaces must adopt more inclusive policies and improve access to tailored support services.
