Bold ideas deserve real investment.

THINC Fund is back β€” this time hosting a Pitch Night designed to back bold ideas from young people who want to improve health and wellbeing in Lambeth and Southwark.

Whether you're just starting out or already running a project, this is your chance to secure funding, receive coaching, and pitch your idea for real investment.

Successful applicants will pitch for Β£10,000 β€” and there might be additional prizes available across categories. πŸ˜‰

What's up for grabs?

First Prize Β· Ages 18–30
Β£10,000
Each winner receives Β£10,000 to bring their project to life. Pitching is open to all eligible applicants aged 18–30.

Under 18 Prize
Β£2,500
Dedicated prizes for young changemakers aged 16–17, with applications processed via a separate fund.
Γ— 2 winners
πŸ’‘ Note: All applicants initially apply for the Β£10,000 award. Shortlisted applicants aged 16–17 will be moved into the Under 18 category.
Eligibility

Is this for you?

You can apply if you are
  • Aged 16–30 (16–17 apply via a separate fund)
  • Living in Lambeth or Southwark
  • Running β€” or planning to run β€” a project in Lambeth or Southwark
Your project must
  • Take place in Lambeth and/or Southwark
  • Primarily benefit local residents
Who should benefit?

Your project must support at least one priority community:

People with disabilities
People experiencing homelessness
Black, Asian & ethnic minority communities
People on low incomes
Insecure immigration status
Multiple health conditions
Young people in / leaving care
Unpaid carers
LGBTQ+ communities
How to Apply

Two steps to the stage.

Submit Your Idea
Record a short video explaining your idea. Complete the application form and make sure you include the link to your video. Keep it clear, passionate, and real.

Pitch Night
Shortlisted applicants pitch their idea live at Pitch Night β€” in front of a panel and an audience. This is your moment to bring your vision to life.
🎯 Support included: Shortlisted applicants will receive coaching sessions to help prepare for Pitch Night. You won't be doing this alone. Applications close [xx April 2026].
