A word from the Co-Founder - ClearView Research Turns 10 🎉

120 months. 520 weeks. 3,652 days – and counting.

Today marks 10 years since we started ClearView Research. 🚀

What a journey it’s been. One filled with highs, lows, twists, and turns. There were moments when I genuinely wasn’t sure we’d make it this far. And yet, here we are – still standing, still thriving, and still growing.

I want to begin by expressing my deepest gratitude to my co-founders, Burphy Zumu and Leonie Bellio, who’ve walked this uncharted path with me from the very beginning. I’m equally thankful to every member of the ClearView team - more than 30 people over the years - whose dedication, talent, and belief in our mission helped bring us to this milestone. I also want to acknowledge our brilliant advisors and board members whose guidance has been invaluable. None of this would have been possible without you.

Over the past decade, we've built more than a business - we’ve built a movement for better research, deeper understanding, and meaningful change. Here are just a few things I’m most proud of from these ten years:

  • Reaching millions of people across the UK through our commissioned projects and client partnerships

  • Recruiting thousands of first-time participants from underrepresented communities to share their voices and stories

  • Training dozens of peer researchers embedded in communities across the country

  • Growing from just a few hundred pounds of personal investment to a seven-figure business, working with organisations like the Office for National Statistics, NHS England, eBay, ITVx, Greene King and CIMA

  • Raising nearly £500,000 in social investment to help scale our work

  • Giving back over £100,000 in value to charities and causes we believe in - including being the first donor to 20/20 Levels, sponsoring the Women's and Girl's team at Thornaby FC, funding university scholarships, and providing paid opportunities for people with criminal records to rebuild their lives.

Few things in life are more rewarding than bringing an idea to life - and watching it grow in ways you never quite imagined. For me, ClearView has never been just about profit. It’s been about purpose, about transformation, and about building something that creates value far beyond the balance sheet.

When we started, making millions was a milestone. Looking ahead, our next chapter is about giving millions – and continuing to build businesses that are both purposeful and profitable.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey so far. Here’s to the next ten. 🎉

With gratitude,
Dr. Kenny Imafidon MBE,

Co- Founder and Managing Director
