It focuses on improving mental health, increasing access to healthy choices, and supporting priority communities including people living with disabilities, those experiencing homelessness, Black, Asian and ethnic minority residents, people on low incomes or with insecure immigration status, unpaid carers, LGBTQ+ communities, young people in or leaving care, and people living with multiple health conditions.
